Delivery

dackus.it B.V. delivers directly to home. We do our utmost to process and deliver the order as quickly as possible. If you order before 12:00 on working days, you will receive your order within 48 hours in 98% of cases. Specified delivery times are only indicative. If for any reason there are longer delivery times, we will inform you by e-mail. If you have any questions regarding the delivery of a webshop order or if your order has not been delivered to the correct address, please contact us. We can be reached via info@swimhunky.nl or telephone +31 (0)43-3510011 (every working day 09:00-18:00 and on Saturday 10:00-17:00).

Delivery charge
For addresses in the Netherlands: from € 95.- your order will be delivered free of charge to 1 delivery address. For orders below this amount, the shipping costs are € 4.00 for a package and € 3.00 for a letterbox package.
For addresses in Belgium, Luxembourg and France: from € 95.- your order will be delivered free of charge to 1 delivery address. For orders below this amount, the shipping costs are € 9.00 for a package and € 7.00 for a letterbox package.
For other countries within the EU, a rate of € 9 or € 10 applies.

Service and returns:
Swimfunky guarantees quality and satisfaction. If a product does not meet your needs, you can return the product and get your money back. The costs for a return shipment are for your account. Go to the website of a carrier (DHL, DPD, PostNL, etc.) and create a shipping label. You then only need to fill in the enclosed return slip and send it back to the address on this slip. The only condition we apply is that no damage has been done to the returned product and that the product has not been used. After we have processed your return, we hope that you will place an alternative order with us if desired.

Exchange:
When exchanging, we ask you to re-order the product in the correct size and return the wrong size. This is the fastest method to get your correct size.

Belgian returns:
If you live in Belgium, you can return the package at your own expense to a parcel machine in RIEMST (3770) from where we collect it. Our office is 5 minutes away just across the Dutch border. Register the return to us at christian@swimhunky.nl so that we receive the opening code. We will then pick it up.

NB:
If you place an order for which no shipping costs are charged due to the size of the order and you return such a part of the order that your order falls below the minimum rate of shipping costs, we will still charge the shipping costs. Thank you for understanding.
